Starting out self-taught, I subsequently honed my technique through hands-on experience in various restaurants across Italy, France, and the United States, complemented by specialized courses aimed at solidifying my foundations and refining my skills.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Years later, I can confidently say I have found complete fulfillment in a 360-degree approach culinary career: I work as a culinary instructor, private chef, corporate R&#038;D consultant, gastronomic advisor, and demo chef for the food industry.
