To mark its 145th anniversary, Barilla reopens its historic family boutique on Via Repubblica in Parma. This immersive experience offers guests the chance to uncover the secrets behind the new bronze-drawn pasta line and enjoy exclusive live cooking demonstrations led by Barilla chefs.

From September 9 to October 11, 2020, 80 dinners designed by Michelin-starred chefs were prepared by the Academia Barilla chefs for the 80 winners of the ‘Insieme sotto il cielo d’Italia’ contest. It was an extraordinary adventure that united Italians across every region of the country—an experience where, thanks to Barilla, we shared moments of joy, emotion, and deep culinary passion.
