my EXPERIENCES:

Combining a solid technical foundation with continuous training at the ALMA International School of Italian Cuisine, I have explored the culinary world in all its facets: from managing historic wine bars in Parma to international experiences in New York and California. Since 2010, this journey has allowed me to become a culinary instructor and senior chef for Academia Barilla, where I focus on training, team building, and show cooking.
In 2016, I became the resident chef at Bertazzoni, an Italian manufacturer of premium home appliances led by the same family since 1882. In this role, I work closely with the engineering team in the R&D department to innovate and continuously improve the products. Since 2018, I have also been part of InChef, a network of professional chefs led by Chef Fabrizio Rivaroli; thanks to this collaboration, I operate as a culinary consultant for foodservice giants such as Unilever, Vandemoortele, and Bonduelle.
My profile is completed by long-standing connections with the Barilla Group, a symbol of my homeland, and with historic brands of Italian tradition such as Parmareggio and Grandi Salumifici Italiani.

Since 2018, I have had the honour of being part of inChef, a chefs’ agency led by Chef Fabrizio Rivaroli, through which I collaborate with brands such as Unilever, Vandemoortele and Bonduelle.

Since 2016, I have been the Resident Chef for Bertazzoni, the iconic premium home appliance brand. I actively collaborate with the engineering team throughout research and development processes, testing new technologies to ensure professional-level performance in the home environment. I am also responsible for live demonstrations at the Guastalla headquarters, at the Milan showroom in Via Durini, and throughout Northern Italy, as well as for international events and technical training programs dedicated to sales representatives.

Since 2008, I have worked as an external Senior Chef Consultant for Academia Barilla, where I carry out a wide range of training, teaching and hospitality activities at different levels: private, professional and business.

From September 9th to October 11th, 2020, together with “Insieme sotto il cielo azzurro”, we travelled across Italy with you for the “Insieme Sotto il Cielo d’Italia” contest. A total of 80 dinners, created by Michelin-starred chefs and prepared by Academia Barilla chefs, were held during the initiative.

To celebrate its 145th anniversary, Barilla returned to its roots by reopening the historic family shop in Via Repubblica in Parma. An immersive experience involving all five senses: through aromas, flavours and curiosities, visitors can discover the secrets of the new bronze-die pasta line and attend exclusive show cooking events created by Barilla chefs.
